  4. An easy to use single entry bookkeeping system designed for the
  5. non accountant and/or inexperienced computer user. It eliminates the
  6. pencil and paper tedium that arises when using accounting workbooks.
  7. It was designed to replace them. The program tracks income and
  8. expenses for one year. It's easy to use. It operates like a workbook
  9. but saves you time. Just follow the intuitive selections on the main
  10. menu. After you select a working month you can enter or edit your
  11. income and expenses. There are 40 different expense accounts and 6
  12. income accounts. If the account categories don't fit you needs, just
  13. change them. You can enter 200 expenditures a month. Income is
  14. unlimited and entered on a daily basis. All accounts are
  15. automatically updated. If you discover a forgotten receipt, simply
  16. make one entry and the program makes all the additional changes. Six
  17. report formats are available on screen or in print.
